We are looking for a proactive and service-minded colleague to join DanBred Mexico and help drive our administrative and operational excellence.
In this role, you will be at the center of our daily business operations, working closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across countries. You will coordinate key processes, ensure a high level of service, and help maintain efficient and reliable business operations that support the continued growth of DanBred Mexico.

Key responsibilities
Order management and customer service
- Receive, register, and process customer orders.
- Confirm product availability, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on orders and ensure successful delivery to customers.
Logistics coordination
- Coordinate shipments and receipt of swine semen doses.
- Liaise with customers, carriers, suppliers, and production centers to ensure efficient logistics and timely deliveries.
Invoicing and collections
- Coordinate customer invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
Administration and documentation
- Maintain contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial documentation.
- Coordinate supplier administration and ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation requirements.
Reporting and data management
- Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and invoicing data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to support operational follow-up and business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience within all or part of the key responsibilities
- Experience in the agricultural, animal genetics, or logistics sectors will be considered a plus, but is not essential
- Inventory control
- Experience with ERP or administrative systems is desirable
- English: intermediate to advanced is desirable

You are a highly organised, reliable, and proactive professional with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently, you take ownership of your tasks and actively seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
